Billing terms
- Basic Access is billed monthly in advance; Pro Tier and custom engagements are one-time project fees.
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
- Payment by ACH transfer, wire transfer or major bank card.
- Invoices are issued for every payment.
Cancellation and refunds
All sales are final: due to the digital nature of the service, payments are not refunded. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Details in the Terms of Service.
